Dr. Spencer is the Program Director for the Interdisciplinary Studies in Human Development, the W.E.B. Du Bois Collective Research Institute, as well as for the Center for Health Achievement Neighborhoods Growth and Ethnic Studies (CHANGES) at the University of Pennsylvania.

Seminar Format:
 
Each seminar begins at 8:00 a.m. and will conclude by 4:00 p.m.
 
In the morning, participants will gather for breakfast and an opening plenary with the guest presenter. Following lunch, participants will move to small, interactive work groups to discuss implications and applications.
